Waivers.org takes extreme caution to ensure the discretion and privacy of client information. This information is collected solely for successfully and accurately completing the relevant application information required to process Canadian Pardons, Record Suspensions, US Entry Waivers, Criminal Record Destructions and other applications. Waivers.org does not condone nor practice collection of personal data or information that is not relevant or unrelated to the services provided herein.
Personal information is any recorded information about an identifiable individual, and may include:
- name, address, telephone number or email address;
- date of birth;
- any identifying number, symbol or other particular identifier;
- information relating to financial transactions, including credit card number or bank account information; and
- correspondence that is implicitly or explicitly of a private or confidential nature.
By submitting your personal information to Waivers.org, you give Waivers.org consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information:

Waivers.org does not collect survey data based on any identifiable information to any individual client or non-client, telephone inquiries, visitors to Waivers.org office locations or visitors to the Waivers.org website including free online evaluation applicants.
All data including digital and hard copy case specific information that becomes redundant or belongs to closed files or free online evaluations is promptly destroyed in an appropriate manner or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
Waivers.org will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you wish to verify, update, remove or amend your personal information in Waivers.org’s records, please notify Waivers.org in writing at the address set out below. If you successfully demonstrate the inaccuracy or incompleteness of your personal information, Waivers.org will amend your information as required. Depending upon the nature of the information challenged, amendment may involve the correction, deletion, or addition of information. Where appropriate, Waivers.org will provide the corrected information to third parties that have access to your information.
Waivers.org is committed to outstanding client support and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns or issues which arise throughout the life of an active file. Upon written request, Waivers.org will confirm the existence, use and disclosure of your personal information. You may request access to your personal information at any time. Please provide sufficient information in your request to enable Waivers.org to provide an accurate account of your personal information.
